Since 1997, Seattle's First Choice Racing has been marketing a unique product to keep people cool and comfortable while working in a hot environment.

Originally developed for auto racing, the Ice Vest is designed to keep racers cool and focused by lowering body temperature and as a result improving concentration. Effective for over 60 minutes, the Cryopak cool packs are reusable and compact; in fact, a complete Ice Vest weighs less than 3 pounds! The Ice Vest has proven itself time and again in various occupations. From highway workers to foundry employees and factory workers to landscapers, the Ice Vest helps users remain comfortable and productive while temperatures are climbing! Race tested and driver approved, Ice Vest products are available in a variety of styles! The traditional high visibility vest is ideal for users in high-risk occupations (highway worker, foundry, iron worker, etc.); for racing, there's the basic vest in black or the self-contained Cool Packs to just slip in between the shoulder harness. Now, from horsepower to Horse Power! The latest addition to the Ice Vest line is geared toward the equestrian market. With injuries a common problem with horses, we now offer Ice Wraps to help lower body temperature in critical and fragile areas. Scientifically tested Ice Wraps make therapeutic icing easy and effective. Each Ice Wrap is reusable and can be used right from the freezer or kept frozen for several hours in a cooler packed with ice until needed. Now tendons, suspensory ligament, knees, hocks, feet and fetlocks can be easily iced whether you're on the road or at home. Equestrian Ice Wraps come in four styles: Lower leg wrap, knee wrap, hock wrap and foot wrap (foot/hoof wraps are sold in pairs).
